14-day refund window
You may request a refund for Standard Renamer within 14 calendar days of purchase. Email support@smithits.com within that window. Include your order number or the email used for the purchase so we can locate your order. Do not send your payment card details or password.
After a refund
Processing a refund revokes the refunded license and its paid download access. The app blocks new rename batches when it next validates the revoked license. An offline PC may retain a previously issued signed entitlement until its next successful license check or the entitlement expires, for no longer than the original 30-day offline period.
Recovery and undo remain available after a refund. Their success depends on the files and original paths still being suitable for restoration. Contact support if you need help opening recovery.
